The Natural History Museum has launched the hunt for the nation's favourite wildlife photo.
The 2015 Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition has received over 40,000 entries from nearly 100 countries. The finalists, selected by a panel of professionals, will feature in this year's exhibition in London with the images on display until the vote closes in January. And you can vote for your favourite!
The winner's picture will be showcased until April and the shortlisted images include this photo of three small smelts scooped up in the huge bill of a pelican captured by Andrew Lee.
